Patient Billing
We aspire to provide the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Because we are a specialty practice payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements are made in advance. We will work with you and your insurance company if applicable for the best method of your payment. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & CareCredit. You may contact us prior to your appointment with questions regarding your fees. Our experienced staff will work hard to answer any financial inquiries.
It is our goal to work with you from start to finish so that your total experience at Dr. Douglas Szeto & Dr. Reza Izadi & Associates is a good one.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you a statement for balances not covered by your insurance. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan offered through CareCredit but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
